1. Collection of Personal Data
In order to process orders, deliveries, payments, invoices, after-sales service, warranty, repair, customer service, marketing notifications, and legal compliance, the Company may collect, process, and use the following personal data:

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, when collecting personal data the Company shall inform the data subject of the company name, purpose of collection, categories of data, period and region of use, recipients of the data, method of use, the rights of the data subject, and the impact on the data subject's rights of not providing the data.
2. Period, Region, Recipients, and Method of Use
Within the period necessary to accomplish the purpose of collection, and within the Republic of China or in regions where it is necessary to provide the service, the Company will use personal data in the following ways:
- Processing orders, payments, deliveries, and returns/exchanges.
- Issuing invoices, and for accounting, taxation, and legally required retention.
- Providing warranty, repair, calibration, customer service, and technical support.
- Notifying customers of information related to products, services, systems, or transactions.
- Providing marketing information with the customer's consent.
Within necessary scope, the Company may provide the data to logistics providers, payment service providers, invoicing service providers, IT service providers, manufacturers, authorized repair partners, or authorities with legal investigative powers.
The Company shall not by agreement cause consumers to waive in advance their personal data rights to inquiry, correction, cessation of use, or deletion, nor shall personal data be used outside the scope necessary for the contractual purpose.
3. Customer Rights Regarding Personal Data
Customers may, in accordance with the law, request that the Company:
- Disclose purchase information.
- Supplement or correct personal or company information.
- Cease the collection, processing, or use of personal data.

4. Information Security
The Company will take reasonable technical and management measures to protect the security of transaction data and personal data. Online transaction operators shall ensure that their transaction computer systems possess the level of security reasonably expected.
Customers should safeguard their account, password, and payment information. If a customer discovers that their account has been compromised, they should immediately notify the Company; upon being so notified, the Company will suspend the relevant transaction processing.
5. Cookies and Online Services
To provide sign-in, language preferences, live customer service, and site analytics, this website uses the following first-party cookies and technologies:
- Essential cookies:
sessionId(keeps you signed in),language(remembers your language preference), anduserId. Disabling these affects login and core features. - Functional cookie:
vid(an anonymous visitor identifier, HttpOnly, valid for about 180 days). Used to provide live customer service while you are not signed in (so our staff can proactively start a chat) and for aggregated traffic analytics. - Traffic and usage analytics: The Company compiles aggregated statistics such as page views, average time on page, browser language, referral source, and IP address to improve the website and our services. This analytics data is not used to identify any specific individual.
- Live presence: While you browse, the system records your current connection state (IP, language, current page) during your session to enable live customer service; this is not retained in the live list after you leave.
