The UDP6953B is the UDP6900 family’s 600W, 150V-class auto-ranging programmable switching DC power supply. It delivers operating points such as 150V/4A and 60V/10A within its power envelope for power modules, batteries, sensors, SiC/GaN circuits, and automated production tests. A 4½-digit DVM, remote sense, List/delayer, and independent slew control are built in, together with USB, RS-232, RS-485, LAN, analog I/O, SCPI, Multi-SCPI, Modbus RTU, and browser-based control.
